The best way to achieve a Sparkling glasses is to have a well maintained commercial glass washing machine, along with a brewery approved glass cleaner. We have selected Bracton Glass Care products as they are safe, effective and the market leaders in delivering results, unlike traditional dangerous corrosive products on the market.

How do I care for a Glass washer?
(a) A Glass washer should be clean on the inside with:
- No nasty odours
- No organic build-up
- No scale (that white stuff). If you have this, we recommend descale your machine straight away and then every 2 weeks by adding - 250ml of Ecowash Descaler.
(b) Spin the wash arms when the machine is off. Do they rotate freely? If not you may have an over tightened wash arm or debris. Its always a good idea to clear wash arms of lemon pips, broken glass etc to allow the wash water to flow evenly.
(c) If you have a nasty odour, it could mean you have a bacteria build up. In order to kill the bacteria it is recommended that you use a brewery approved cleaner and be capable of heating to 65 degrees for a wash cycle and 82 degree for a rinse cycle.
How to Give your glassware a Deep Clean
We believe the only thing you should see on your beer glasses are the scratches. The easy method for deep cleaning beer & wine glasses is by using a Bracton Glasswasher. The Bracton Glasswashers have introduced a unique soak cycle which eliminates the need for hand scrubbing forever. Simply add 1/2 a scoop of Bracton Pink to your machine every five trays, press the soak button on your machine and the machine will do the rest.
Manual Glass Cleaning
Mix a solution of warm water and Bracton Pink glass soaking sanitiser in a sink with a glass scrubber and scrub each glass, then return to the glass rack. Put the rack through a standard glasswash cycle.
